姑且不論專輯名稱的由來與The Bloody Beetroots feat. Refused那首"New Noise"有無直接關聯，但可以肯定的是，顧名思義這是一張要向美國市場介紹來自世界各地的各種獨立電音勢力的全新合輯，是以風格上除了Dim Mak廣為樂迷所熟知的Electro路線外，也得以包含Dutch House/Nu-Techno/Dubstep...等類型而來。
